Hygienist Online Renewal
To complete your renewal, you may pay with a credit card or ACH debit (electronic check). Please note our site is secure. You will see a gold lock at the bottom right of the screen once you enter the site. The word secure is the first word in the website address and you'll notice that there is an S behind http which also identifies the site as secure.
If you live out of state (ie. if you do not reside in Kentucky), you must choose "out of state" from the drop-down box when asked to provide the name of the county. "Out of state" is the first selection in the drop down box.
When completing employer information, please use the name of the individual dentist who is your employer - not the group name.
To print your receipt, use your browser toolbar:
1. once you arrive at the page entitled Receipt,
2. click on File,
3. then click Print.
Once your renewal application has been accepted, the Board will mail a new certificate to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
